What does this job entail?
To strengthen our team Product Development & Regulatory Affairs consisting of 9 enthusiastic colleagues, we are looking for a skilled Regulatory Affairs Officer with expertise in veterinary or human medicine to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to the successful registration and approval of our products. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in navigating the regulatory landscape, facilitating product registration, and maintaining compliance with relevant authorities.
Your main tasks are:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to compile and prepare regulatory submissions for new product registrations and variations.
● Stay up-to-date with regulatory guidelines, ensuring that our products comply with current veterinary medicine regulations.
● Communicate with regulatory authorities to facilitate the approval process and address inquiries or requests for additional information.
● Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation, including dossiers, SPC/PL, technical files, and labeling materials.
● Monitor and assess the impact of changes in regulations on product registrations and update internal stakeholders accordingly.
What do we expect from you?
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (life-sciences, chemistry, biology, pharmacy); advanced degree preferred.
● Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the veterinary or human medicine industry.
● Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for veterinary products and familiarity with relevant authorities.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
● Ability to work independently and proactively identify and address regulatory issues.
